- The Silent Auction will close at 4:30 PM EST on June 29th, 2025.
- By placing a bid, you are entering into a final and binding agreement to purchase the item on which you bid.
- Auction Winners will be notified of their winning items via text message to their cell phones and via email at approximately 4:30 PM EST on June 29th, 2025.
- Some items will be available for pickup after the outing and others will be shipped directly to the winner(s).
- Redemptions for intangible auction items such as experience packages, getaways, and tickets will be executed via email from a dedicated concierge within 72 hours from the close of the auction.
- A nominal shipping fee will be added to tangible items that require a shipment.
