Auction Bidding & Participation:

- This will allow you to easily bid and donate throughout our event while staying up-to-date with exciting announcements.
- Your credit card and shipping address will be safely encrypted and stored for the event.

The Online Auction will close on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 6:45 PM EST.
- By placing a bid, you are entering into a final and binding agreement to purchase the item on which you bid.
- Winning Bidders will be notified via text message to their cell phones and via email at approximately 6:45 PM EST on May 27, 2026.
- Items will be available for pickup that evening.
- Items can also be shipped directly to the winner(s).
- Redemptions for intangible auction items such as experience packages, getaways, and tickets will be executed via email from a dedicated concierge within 72 hours from the close of the auction.
- Guests are welcome to pay with a credit card/cash/check during auction checkout.
- A nominal shipping fee will be added to tangible items requiring shipment.
